Ron Green – Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Ron Green founded Liberty in 1984 initially as a supplier of plastic and stainless steel ball bearings to the photo and motion picture industries. Prior to founding Liberty, he worked in various business disciplines of the thermoplastics industry.
 
 
Over the past 28 years, Liberty has grown significantly to meet the product, parts and accessories needs of wholesale and retail image processing across the USA and in foreign markets. Under Ron’s leadership, Liberty continually foresaw changing industry and customer trends and reinvented its business to take advantage of new opportunities which has produced significant revenue and profit growth over time.
 
Liberty has grown to be the pre-eminent industry supplier based on its reputation for aligning and realigning to fulfill its customers' needs while providing excellent global sourcing capabilities and delivering the highest quality and reliable products. Customers include some of the largest retail brands in the USA. The Company culture he originally created has endured via his management team and is based on integrity and extraordinary customer service.
 
Today, he is fully supporting Liberty’s new strategy to be a leader in fulfillment of personalized imaging products under the exciting new ivoke™ brand.
 
In his spare time, Ron enjoys wines of the world, epicurean adventures, travel, surfing, baseball and he is a published travel writer.
 
 
 

Garry Green – President

A dynamic leader with over eighteen years experience in sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain logistics and quality systems. His specialties include strategic development, branding, improving operational performance, business development, sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions; fostering an internal culture of unparalleled customer service and aligning internal and external stakeholders with vision and growth objectives.
 
He has served Liberty Synergistics, a 28-year-old leader in distribution, personalization and imaging solutions, with a high level of energy and outstanding performance since 1993. With a passion for sales and direct account responsibility, he was promoted to director of marketing, followed by vice president of sales and marketing, and, in 2006, to the position of president.
 
Among his most gratifying achievements as president at Liberty are initiating and developing a revised corporate roadmap to reposition Liberty in a highly competitive environment and drive new objectives throughout the organization. He had the opportunity to enhance Liberty’s long-time commitment to excellence by managing the process that resulted in the asset purchase of two competitors, and finalized a multiyear distribution agreement in 2008 with a leading imaging company, which resulted in 50% sales growth.
 
Additionally, with the development and launch of ivoke™, Liberty’s cutting-edge technology and manufacturing brand in the growing personalization space, he has created new revenue streams and defined a catapulting growth strategy for the organization. As Liberty’s brand ambassador, Garry has appeared live on NBC’s Today Show and KTLA’s technology segment, “Turning Your Mobile Phone Pics Into Pieces of Art” and “Personalizing Your Gadgets”.
 
Graduating from the University of San Diego, Garry Green lives in San Clemente, California where he resides today with his wife, Julie and three active daughters. He enjoys surfing, stand up paddle boarding, running, and boating with his family. He is an active board member of the Orange County chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization; most recently, he had the honor of ringing the NASDAQ's closing bell, paying tribute to all chief executives who are building enterprises that create jobs and developing innovations that improve lives.
 
 

Dan Foy – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Foy joined Liberty in March 2001 as Chief Financial Officer, and during his tenure, he has presided over revenue growth of nearly 300%. Mr. Foy is responsible for company wide Financial and Administrative operations, including Human Resources, IT, Quality and Warehousing. He led the 2006 implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system, and led the Company negotiation and integration team in the 2007 acquisition of a competitor. Moreover, he managed the recent warehousing expansion and I.T. infrastructure expansion as part of the Kodak distribution agreement.

Mr. Foy holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and a master of business administration from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining Liberty, he held several senior-level financial positions, including Wyle Electronics and Elite Information Systems.

Julie Swink – Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing


During Swink’s 16 year tenure, Liberty has earned a national industry-leading position in the imaging industry. Serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, today, the company provides products and services to national drug and grocery retailers, wholesale labs, independent imaging professional organizations, as well as major mobile and web brands focusing on personalized products.
Swink launched the company’s retail division in 1998, which ultimately, grew to represent over 90% of the company’s annual revenue
 
In 2011, Swink was influential in the development and launch of the Company’s newest division, ivoke™, which focuses on the growing personalization market within and outside of the imaging market to include mobile, web and kiosk platforms.
 
Entrepreneurial and results-focused, Swink is an expert at capturing market-share and increasing existing customer revenue. She demonstrates a deep product knowledge and easily conveys the value proposition to key decision makers, leading customers throughout the entire sales process.
 
Swink is known for her proven ability to lead and manage a profit-driven sales culture while continually reiterating an established reputation for quality, satisfaction and results. She holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies with a minor in business commerce, from California State University, Fullerton.
 
 

Dan Thomas – Director of Purchasing & Logistics

Dan joined Liberty as part of the Technotape USA integration team. Since joining the Liberty team he has contributed in many areas including purchasing, and manufacturing.
 
He began his career in photofinishing as an equipment service technician and moved up through the ranks as a proven leader to executive positions at Qualex/Guardian Photo. He broadened his overall technical, quality assurance and operational knowledge which was beneficial in his transition from production operations that consumed products to that of distribution when he joined Technotape USA.
 
Dan initially joined Technotape USA as General Manager and later became its President. In these positions he was responsible for all aspects of the operation. He led his team in growing the business 8 fold over a 5 year span. He was an integral part of developing new international sources for products used in photo labs. Lowering operational cost for his customers was accomplished in two ways. One being a direct cost reduction but more importantly, developing new solutions that increased operational efficiencies.
 
Dan is using his decades of experience to lead purchasing and logistics as a member of the executive management team. He supports our ivoke™ fulfillment and distribution business unit through efficient supply chain management.
 
 

Tim Leets - Director of Marketing

Tim brings a diverse business background to his role as Director of Marketing. After starting out as a CPA, Tim switched gears to the more creative side of business with sales and marketing. Tim has been in leadership and/or ownership roles developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies in various industries including mobile, e-commerce, college, unified communications, retail, direct sales, business training and more.
 
Tim believes strongly that business is a team sport and his “court vision” in basketball also serves him in seeing the opportunities in a fast-moving business landscape. ivoke™ allows Tim to use his strengths of blending the power of technology with strategic partnerships to bring value to consumers. Tim enjoys travel, basketball and running and contributes a competitive edge to driving ivoke™ to be an industry leader.

Paul Galvez - Director of Production

Paul’s diverse background in Production Management, Digital Print Media Profiling, and Product Development make him a man of many hats. With 17 years of Global Production Management experience, he has faced many challenges and rewards in often demanding circumstances including working in post earthquake Haiti. His drive, and competitive sprit to continuously improve and do it better than the “other guy”, defines his role at ivoke perfectly. In his free time, Paul is a World Class Sailor, National Champion, and avid Outdoorsman who loves to photograph nature.
