A dynamic leader with over eighteen years experience in sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain logistics and quality systems. His specialties include strategic development, branding, improving operational performance, business development, sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions; fostering an internal culture of unparalleled customer service and aligning internal and external stakeholders with vision and growth objectives.
He has served Liberty Synergistics, a 28-year-old leader in distribution, personalization and imaging solutions, with a high level of energy and outstanding performance since 1993. With a passion for sales and direct account responsibility, he was promoted to director of marketing, followed by vice president of sales and marketing, and, in 2006, to the position of president.
Among his most gratifying achievements as president at Liberty are initiating and developing a revised corporate roadmap to reposition Liberty in a highly competitive environment and drive new objectives throughout the organization. He had the opportunity to enhance Liberty’s long-time commitment to excellence by managing the process that resulted in the asset purchase of two competitors, and finalized a multiyear distribution agreement in 2008 with a leading imaging company, which resulted in 50% sales growth.
Additionally, with the development and launch of ivoke™, Liberty’s cutting-edge technology and manufacturing brand in the growing personalization space, he has created new revenue streams and defined a catapulting growth strategy for the organization. As Liberty’s brand ambassador, Garry has appeared live on NBC’s Today Show and KTLA’s technology segment, “Turning Your Mobile Phone Pics Into Pieces of Art” and “Personalizing Your Gadgets”.
Graduating from the University of San Diego, Garry Green lives in San Clemente, California where he resides today with his wife, Julie and three active daughters. He enjoys surfing, stand up paddle boarding, running, and boating with his family. He is an active board member of the Orange County chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization; most recently, he had the honor of ringing the NASDAQ's closing bell, paying tribute to all chief executives who are building enterprises that create jobs and developing innovations that improve lives.
